REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Refund Policy
Refund Period: You have 7 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund.
Refunds are only available for unused, undamaged items and must include all original labels and packaging.
2. Return Policy
Return Conditions: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused.
The item is in sale condition and does not affect resale.
All original labels and packaging are intact.
If the item meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to return it:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team by email at jamie@trendsetteroutfits.com or by phone at (971) 486-8401, stating the reason for the return and obtaining return authorization.
Return the Item: After obtaining return authorization, please return the item to the designated address. Please keep your mailing receipt in case your package is lost.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the refund requirements, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
The refund will be processed through your original payment method. You may need to wait for your bank to process the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or returned:

Items that have been opened or show signs of use
